Heike Bruch

Heike Bruch is a distinguished academic with extensive expertise in leadership. Currently serving as a Professor of Leadership at the University of St. Gallen since 2001, Heike Bruch also holds a position as a Visiting Professor at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin starting in September 2024. As the founder of energy factory St. Gallen AG since December 2006, Heike Bruch has made significant contributions to leadership discourse. Previous experience includes serving as a Visiting Scholar and Senior Research Fellow at London Business School from 1998 to 2001, a Post Doc and Project Leader at the Institute for Leadership and Human Resources Management at the University of St. Gallen from 1996 to 1999, and a Lecturer and Research Assistant at the University of Hannover from 1991 to 1996.
