Patricia Dougan

Patricia Dougan is a seasoned Document Control Specialist with extensive experience in change control and documentation management across multiple organizations. Currently at Energy Focus Inc. since August 2016, Patricia has successfully implemented the Solidworks PDM system and improved the Change Control program. Prior to this role, Patricia held similar positions at TTI Floor Care North America, where proficiency in PLM/PDM concepts and advanced skills in workflow management were demonstrated. Experience at Ben Venue Labs and Alkermes involved coordinating cross-functional groups for change proposals, managing change control processes, and training personnel in change management practices.
