Nicholas Swanson is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Current employment at Vistra Corp. as a Senior Plant Operator began in January 2019. Previous experience includes a role as a Component Design Engineer at Rolls-Royce from May 2016 to January 2019, where involvement included aiding FENOC's Beaver Valley in transitioning to NFPA 805. Nicholas also served as a Research Assistant at Penn State University, focusing on solar energy and nanotechnology. Additional positions include Physics Intern at FMC Technologies, Design Engineer intern at Rolls-Royce, and various roles in customer service and landscaping.
