Carola Kamphausen

Carola Kamphausen joined EIP in 2022 as the Executive Assistant to Matthias Dill, Managing Partner Europe and Office Manager of EIP’s Cologne office.

Prior to EIP, she worked as an EA and later as Manager of the Project Management Office at TÜV SÜD, a global TIC company. In her role, she led the business as well as organizational development projects.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Development from European University of Applied Sciences and California International Business University.
