Philipp Roth

Philipp Roth currently serves as the Head of Corporate Secretarial & Domiciliation at Energy Infrastructure Partners since April 2023, building on experience as a Legal and Corporate Manager and Executive at Macquarie Group from September 2019 to April 2023. Prior to this, Philipp worked at Intertrust Group from January 2017 to September 2019 as a Relationship Manager and Officer in the Legal & Corporate department. An early role included an internship in the Legal Department at The Linde Group in mid-2012. Philipp holds a Certified qualification in Luxembourg Company Secretarial & Governance Practice from the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from Maastricht University, and completed a study abroad in Business Law at the University of Glasgow. Philipp’s educational foundation includes an Abitur from Gymnasium am Wirteltor Düren.
