Bob Lukefahr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pellucere Technologies™ since November 2018, Lukefahr oversees the development of advanced optical performance solutions. As a Venture Partner at Energy Innovation Capital, Lukefahr advises on investments in energy-related businesses. Co-founding Jubilee Prison Ministry, Inc. in 2014, Lukefahr contributes as a Non-Executive Director, facilitating programs for incarcerated individuals. Previously, Lukefahr held significant leadership roles, including Co-CEO at NAT G CNG SOLUTIONS, Interim CEO at ConXtech, and CEO at Tessera Solar. Notable earlier experiences include serving as President for BP Power Americas and as a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in energy strategy and transformation. Lukefahr holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an A.B. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
