Alana Twisk

Alana Twisk is an experienced People and Culture professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Energy Locals since August 2025. Previously, Alana held multiple leadership roles at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand, including Head of People Partnering and Manager of People Partnering, providing strategic HR business partnering to senior executives. A recent brief secondment to Nova Systems International led to the development of updated HR policies and enhancing employee benefits across multiple countries. Alana's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at SA Power Networks, where responsibilities spanned various divisions, and as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner during the establishment of the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority. Alana holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French Language from the University of Adelaide.
