Rachel Fisher

Rachel Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administration. Rachel currently works at Energy Management Collaborative (EMC) as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Parker Hannifin. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) at Polaris Inc., where they were responsible for coordinating interview arrangements and implementing a new HRIS system. Rachel also served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Vista Outdoor Inc. and a Recruiting Assistant at The Mosaic Company. Rachel started their career as a Receptionist and Human Resource Assistant at Ambient Consulting and later worked as a Correspondence Examiner at Noridian Administrative Services. Rachel gained experience in event planning and organization as a Special Events Intern at AE2S. Rachel Fisher began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Lifetime Fitness, where they focused on customer service, marketing, and training.

Rachel Fisher attended Maple Grove Senior High from 2005 to 2008 but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time. Rachel later attended Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2009 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Leadership.
