Chadette Pfaff is currently working as a Clean Energy Manager at the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department of New Mexico. Previously, Chadette worked as a Landscape Designer/Construction Manager at Cassidy's Landscaping, Inc. from February 2012 to April 2015, and then as a Director of Residential Design and Project Management, as well as a Project Manager at Positive Energy Solar from May 2015 to April 2023.
