Gerald Wyatt

Gerald Wyatt is an experienced Simulator Engineer with a robust background in the nuclear power sector, currently employed at Energy Northwest since August 2015. Responsibilities at Energy Northwest include the maintenance and upgrade of the control room simulator at Columbia Generating Station, alongside developing software and hardware solutions in compliance with 10 CFR 55. Previously, Gerald held several positions at Arizona Public Service where duties included developing training materials and conducting simulator training for licensed operators, and at Southern California Edison, overseeing the design and upgrades of a nuclear power plant simulator. Earlier career experiences include project management for a web application aimed at improving training for Navy sailors and serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where qualifications mirrored those of a Senior Reactor Operator. Gerald Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.
