Lance Sawyer

Lance Sawyer serves as the Performance Improvement Supervisor at Energy Northwest since October 2023, leading a team focused on managing Performance Improvement programs. Previously, at Nawah Energy Company, Lance held positions as Corporate Functional Area Manager - Operations and Senior External Review Specialist, facilitating external reviews. Experience includes roles at MPH as Operations Procedure Reviewer, at Project Performance Improvement Inc. as Senior Technical/Procedure Writer, and as Operations Project Manager for NFPA 805 and Cyber Security with International Star Consultants LLC. At Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation, Lance supervised the Corrective Action Program and previously held supervisory roles in Quality and Training at Energy Northwest. A long tenure at Pacific Gas & Electric included positions as Operations SRO Instructor and Continuous Improvement/Human Performance Manager. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
