Marcus Harris

Marcus Harris currently serves as the Chief of Executive Projects at Energy Northwest, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Harris had a distinguished tenure at Bonneville Power Administration from May 2009 to January 2025, where responsibilities included Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and Budget Officer & Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, along with various analyst and management roles. Harris holds a PhD in Systems Science from Portland State University, an MBA earned summa cum laude from Willamette University, and a BA from Vanguard University of Southern California.
