Scott Todd

Scott Todd has extensive experience in project controls and financial analysis, currently serving as Project Controls Supervisor and previously as Business Financial Planning & Risk Analyst IV at Energy Northwest since February 2013. In these roles, Scott has evaluated, designed, and implemented processes that facilitate real-time data delivery for informed decision-making and streamlined analyses. With a background in leading project controls teams, Scott has contributed to earned value management analysis for Columbia Generating Station projects. Additionally, Scott has been actively involved with Alpha Kappa Psi as Western Great Plains Regional Director since 2009 and previously as Eastern Cascadia Section Director, overseeing multiple chapters and mentoring volunteers. Scott's earlier experience includes a role as Contract Scheduler/Project Controls Analyst at Mid Columbia Engineering. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Central Washington University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Wenatchee Valley College.
