David Kinchen

David Kinchen serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Energy Ogre since August 2017, after a diverse career in accounting and settlements within the energy sector. Previously, David held positions as Sr. Analyst Accounting at Dynegy and ENGIE North America, where responsibilities included managing cash flows, resolving settlements issues, and preparing reconciliations across various ISO markets. David's expertise was further developed at Twin Eagle Resource Management and Entergy as a Settlements Analyst, where the focus was on integrating systems, generating reports, and enhancing billing efficiency. Earlier experience includes commercial operations analysis at Fulcrum Power Services, where David contributed to automation and transition projects in the ERCOT market. David earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston between 2005 and 2007.
