Berlyn Hubler is a Solar Program Manager with experience in client outreach, workforce development, fundraising, communications, social media, installation, logistics, volunteer management, system performance analysis, data tracking, and trainee management. They have a Master's Degree in Sustainable Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant focusing on rare earth element materials sustainability, Environmental Co-op Student conducting inspections and compiling data, and Oil & Gas Intern assisting in industry training events.

Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers.
