Madeline Andrus serves as the Corporate Giving Manager at Energy Outreach Colorado since April 2021, previously holding the role of Corporate and Foundation Relations Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Book Seller at Tattered Cover Book Store from June 2022 to May 2023, and various roles at Starbucks from November 2020 to May 2022, including Barista and Shift Supervisor. Madeline's background in grant coordination includes serving as Sr. Grants Coordinator and Grants Coordinator at the American Water Works Association from November 2017 to April 2021. Additional experience encompasses being a Case Coordinator at Youth & Family Connections, a Vista Volunteer with AmeriCorps VISTA, an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Cary Center for the Advancement of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies, and an Intern at Alabama Water Watch Association. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership with a focus on Social Enterprise, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability Studies, Nonprofit Organizations, and Religious Studies from Auburn University.

Energy Outreach Colorado
Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers.
