Rich Duston is an experienced program manager and entrepreneur, currently managing the Crisis Intervention Program at Energy Outreach Colorado since November 2016, focusing on heating system repairs for low-income residents. Previously, Rich operated EnergySetter Residential Energy Auditing, conducting thorough energy system inspections. Leadership roles include serving as President/Executive Director of Lone Tree Symphony Orchestra, where organizational structure was revamped, and Executive Director of Aurora Symphony Orchestra, overseeing all operations. Rich's background in operations management at Navis Pack & Ship and AIMCO highlights expertise in logistics and call center management, with a track record of significantly increasing revenue and reducing costs. Additional experience as Facilities Manager at St Catherine Greek Orthodox Church and State Director for Bugles Across America complements a diverse professional portfolio. Energy Outreach Colorado
Energy Outreach Colorado is the only statewide non-profit that raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes. Established in 1989, Energy Outreach works with partner assistance organizations, utilities, vendors and subcontractors across the state to provide energy bill payment assistance, emergency home furnace repair, weatherization services, energy efficiency grants for affordable housing and nonprofit facilities, energy education and advocacy on behalf of low-income energy consumers.
