Matt Polaniecki

Matt Polaniecki is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in educational technology and solutions development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Energy Plus New York since July 2025, Matt also contributes as part-time faculty at Quinnipiac University, teaching web design for instructional designers. Previously, Matt held the position of Associate Director at NYU Langone Health, where significant achievements included enhancing data interoperability and implementing AI-driven tools for medical students. Other roles include leadership positions in academic IT and e-learning development at institutions such as Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Yeshiva University. Matt holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design from Quinnipiac University and has a background in psychology and computer information technology from Queens College.
