Mihnea Cătuți

Mihnea Catuti is a Head Of Research at Energy Policy Group and an Associate at E3G, specializing in energy and climate policy. With a PhD in Energy and Climate Policy, Catuti has a strong background in research and academia, with previous roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. Catuti has also interned at CEPS, University of York, and various Romanian ministries, showcasing a diverse range of experiences in the policy field.
