Duncan Gifford

Duncan Gifford is an experienced advisor and data architect with a strong background in enterprise data architecture, analytics, and business intelligence. Currently working at Energy-Producing Retail Realty, Inc. as an advisor focused on designing the world's first Energy Rights platform, Duncan has previously held significant roles at Pattern Energy Group as Director of Enterprise Data Architecture & Analytics and Director of Application Services, where leadership of a software team and the transition of systems to cloud infrastructure were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes directing business intelligence initiatives at Spruce Power, revamping a reservation system at MetJet Inc., and contributions to meteorological data analysis at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
