Sharon Thorogood

Sharon Thorogood is an experienced risk management professional with a strong background in environmental safety. Currently serving as the Network Risk Portfolio Manager and previously as an Enterprise Risk Specialist at Energy Queensland since January 2019, Sharon has extensive expertise in risk assessment and management. Prior to Energy Queensland, Sharon worked at Stanwell Corporation Limited from 1994 to January 2019, holding various roles including Health Safety and Environment Systems Specialist and Environmental Management System Coordinator. Sharon holds multiple post graduate diplomas in Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from CQUniversity.
