Todd Reynolds

Todd Reynolds MBA GAICD is an experienced executive in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People, Property & Safety at Energy Queensland since January 2024. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Virgin Australia from 2013 to 2024, where Todd led various teams in workplace relations, government relations, and industry affairs, particularly during the company's emergence from voluntary administration. Todd's career also encompasses roles at Cathay Pacific Airways, Stanwell Corporation Limited, Queensland Health, Queensland Government, Brisbane City Council, and the Australian Services Union, demonstrating a robust background in employment law and stakeholder management across multiple regions and industries.
