Sujan Reddy Gudigopuram

Sujan Reddy Gudigopuram is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in product development and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Principal Technologist and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Energy Recovery, Inc. since January 2016, Sujan has developed six new Pressure Exchanger products, five of which are in manufacturing, and successfully designed a PX for a Coke mine application in Poland, projected to save $1 million annually in maintenance costs. Previously, Sujan worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University from August 2011 to January 2016, focusing on pump performance evaluation and engineering education. Sujan’s career began at TVS Motor Company, where contributions included the development of a 225cc gasoline engine to enhance performance and comply with emission regulations. Sujan holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Master of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University.
