Currently serving as the Training Manager for CO2 at Energy Recovery, Inc., Thomas Graf previously held the position of Carrier University Manager at Carrier, where responsibilities included overseeing training for the North America Carrier Commercial HVAC business. Prior roles include Global Training Manager for Carrier Transicold Container Refrigeration, where strategic direction and training execution were provided for new products. Thomas Graf’s military experience includes serving as a Senior Instructor in the United States Army Reserve, with deployments supporting the war on terrorism. An educational foundation includes a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design Development & Evaluation from Syracuse University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Technology Teacher Education from Buffalo State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
