Ezra C. Arcena

Ezra C. Arcena is a stenographer reporter III at the Energy Regulatory Commission. Ezra has previously worked as a court decongestion officer at the Supreme Court of the Philippines, a junior associate at SPCMB Law Offices, and as a legal intern and project head at the Claudio Teehankee Center for the Rule of Law. Ezra has also interned at Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan.

Ezra C. Arcena has a Doctor of Law from Ateneo School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Ateneo de Manila University, and a High School Diploma from Montessori de Manila. Ezra also has certification from the Supreme Court of the Philippines in Orientation Seminar-Workshop for Newly Appointed Court Decongestion Officers.
