Sarah Hurst

Sarah Hurst is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Group Head of HR at Energy Saving Trust since September 2024. Previous roles include Head of HR at Connected Places Catapult, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Metropolitan Thames Valley, and Head of HR at Greatwell Homes. Sarah also held various HR positions at WELLINGBOROUGH HOMES LIMITED, including HR and Payroll Manager and Human Resources Officer, as well as HR Advisor at DHL. Sarah began the HR career as an HR Resourcer and Administrator at LMR. Educational credentials include a CIPD qualification in Human Resources from BPP University and additional certifications from HDN Network and Tresham College.
