Currently serving as Vice President at Energy Sciences since 2008, Frank plays a pivotal role in managing energy services for municipal, commercial, and industrial clients. Previous roles include positions as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Michigan Energy Efficiency Contractors Association, Senior Energy Specialist at Chrysler, Manager of National Energy Programs at Kmart Corporation, and Manager of International Markets at DTE Energy Technologies. Frank's career began as a Senior Energy Engineer at DTE Energy, where efforts focused on capital and non-capital intensive energy savings projects. Educational background includes graduation from Lawrence Technological University.
