Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Services at Energy Sciences since April 2021, Kenzie previously held positions such as Human Resources Director at Acadia Healthcare and HR Recruiter and Consultant at KA. Kenzie's expertise also encompasses full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement strategies, and contract negotiations, further demonstrated through roles at Morrison Living, the Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice, and Orbis Holding Group. Kenzie holds a Master's in Business Administration from Western Governors University and Bachelor's and Associate degrees from Oakland University and St. Clair County Community College, respectively.
