Teddy Rounds

Teddy Rounds currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Services at Energy Shares, a role assumed in January 2023. Prior to this position, Teddy Rounds held various leadership roles at StartEngine from September 2015 to November 2022, including Vice President of Services, Senior Director of Funding, Director of Campaign Strategy, Director of Services, and Account Services. Responsibilities included overseeing customer success and onboarding teams, managing cross-functional teams, structuring marketing strategies for offerings, and developing processes for investor and account services to support a large number of companies and investors. Teddy Rounds began the professional journey as a Business Development and Services Intern and has a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, along with a brief educational stint at Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2015.
