Matt Ward

Matt Ward is an experienced technology leader specializing in software project management and cross-department collaboration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Projects at Energy Solutions, Matt oversees a team while leading the development of the Iris energy incentives Platform. Previously, as a Senior Program Manager at Globality, Inc., Matt drove internationalization efforts for an AI-driven procurement platform and managed multiple scrum teams. At Guidewire Software, Matt established a Central Maintenance team and improved customer escalation processes, earning recognition for effective leadership. Matt's career began at AT&T and eUniversity, where foundational skills in J2EE development were built. Matt holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Santa Clara University.
