Geraldine Newton-Cross

Geraldine Newton-Cross is currently working as the Commercial Director at Energy Systems Catapult since September 2019. Geraldine previously held the position of Director of Strategy and Sustainability at Youth Sport Trust from October 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, Geraldine worked at Energy Technologies Institute as Bioenergy Strategy Manager and Marine & Bioenergy Programme Manager from May 2008 to March 2017. With a background in geography and environmental biology from the University of St Andrews, Geraldine also holds a Ph.D. in Badgers and management of Bovine Tuberculosis from the University of York. Geraldine has a wealth of experience in strategy, sustainability, bioenergy, and program management.
