Rosie Madge

Rosie Madge is a research analyst at Exawatt since October 2022, with a strong background in financial analysis, battery recycling methods, and materials pricing forecasts. Concurrently, Rosie serves as a laboratory demonstrator at the University of Birmingham since January 2020, overseeing undergraduate laboratories and advancing research projects in solid-state chemistry. As a PhD researcher at The Faraday Institution, Rosie investigates the recovery and synthesis of cathode materials from lithium-ion batteries. Previous experience includes a research assistant role at UCL analyzing mental health guidelines and a year in industry as a research and development scientist at DuPont Teijin Films, where Rosie was recognized as Innovator of the Month. Educationally, Rosie holds an MSci in Chemistry with Industrial Experience from the University of Birmingham.
