Brad Karleskint

National Engineering Director at Energy Systems Group (ESG)

Brad Karleskint has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Brad is currently serving as the President/GM at Martin Construction Resource since August 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at Energy Systems Group as the National Engineering Director, where they supported project development and improved engineering processes. Brad also served as a Sr. Performance Engineer at Energy Systems Group, where they provided technical solutions to increase operational efficiency. Earlier in their career, Brad worked at Murphy Company as an HVAC Design Engineer, where they provided engineering support and developed cost-effective solutions for commercial and institutional projects.

Brad Karleskint began their education at St. Louis Community College in 1996, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering Sciences. Brad then attended Saint Louis University from 1999 to 2003, obtaining dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. In 2008, Karleskint pursued further studies at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. During the same period, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Mechanics from the same institution. Karleskint completed their education at Washington University in St. Louis, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Management & Business Administration in 2016.
