Dwayne Bruns, CQM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the energy sector. Since September 2008, Dwayne has served as the Regional Operations Manager at Energy Systems Group (ESG), focusing on ESPC and UESC projects for federal facilities. Previously, Dwayne held the position of Senior Federal Project Manager at ESG, where responsibilities included surveying various facilities for energy savings, designing mechanical systems, and developing work scopes. Prior roles include Project Manager at Ocean Tech Services, overseeing critical projects on military ships, and Project Manager at Delphinus Engineering, Inc, directing significant alterations and a large team on naval vessels. Dwayne's career began in the US Navy, where Dwayne retired as Hull Technician Master Chief Petty Officer, bringing quality assurance from years of service as a Master Chief Petty Officer. Dwayne holds a diploma in General Studies from Alton Senior High School.
