Nicholas Kehtel

Nick Kehtel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal agency engagement and military personnel management. Currently serving as the Federal Agency Engagement Executive at Energy Systems Group since April 2014, Nick leads strategic initiatives with federal agencies, develops energy solutions, and executes comprehensive market strategies. Previous roles include Federal Market Development Analyst and positions within the Minnesota National Guard, where Nick has managed personnel, training, and operational readiness for various units. Additionally, Nick served as Deputy Director of Manpower and Personnel for the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force-Levant. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Nick combines expertise in energy market analysis and military operations to drive strategic growth and operational success.
