Joselyn Wanjau

Joselyn Wanjau, MS, currently serves as the Service Operations Manager for National Accounts at Energy Systems, beginning in January 2023. Previously, Joselyn held various roles at Electronic Environments Co. from February 2009 to January 2023, including Managed Services & Customer Delivery Manager, where responsibilities involved personnel management, data-driven customer insights, KPI reporting, and enhancing service levels. Joselyn also has a background in human resources, contract management, and customer service, demonstrating effective leadership through roles such as Program Manager and Wellness Activities Committee Chairperson. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Clark University and a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College.
