Jason Linton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal support within the energy and petrochemical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Energy Transfer since September 2022, Jason advises various business units on commercial transactions, construction, and litigation matters. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Business Counsel at SABIC, where legal support was offered for significant joint ventures and real estate transactions, as well as positions at Oil States International, Saulsbury Industries, National Oilwell Varco, and Bull & Barrett, LLP, focusing on contract negotiations, litigation management, and corporate governance. Jason holds a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston and a BBA from St. Edward's University.
