JEEVAN KUMAR RAMANUJAKOOTAM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and project management. Currently serving as the Director of HRIS at Energy Transfer, JEEVAN has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager and Lead Consultant. Previously, JEEVAN worked as a Lead PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant for the State of Wisconsin DOA and led projects at Houston ISD and Geico, where roles included Project Manager and HCM IT Project Lead. JEEVAN's foundational expertise is supported by a Master's degree in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Sathyabama University. JEEVAN also holds professional certifications, including PMP®, ITIL®, and CSM®.
