Jonathan Hunt

Jonathan Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the energy industry. Jonathan has held various leadership roles, starting as a Project & Process Engineering Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC in 1991. Jonathan then moved on to become a Manager of Reliability Engineering, where they focused on refinery reliability improvement and implemented process safety initiatives. In 2004, they became a Complex Manager at Premcor Refining, where they directed day-to-day operations of refinery processing units. Jonathan also successfully redefined and implemented operations roles and responsibilities. Hunt joined Valero Energy Corporation as a Director of Operations, where they directed overall refinery operations and achieved significant accomplishments in safety, compliance, and cost leadership. At Sunoco, they served as the Operations Manager at the Marcus Hook Refinery and later became the Manager of Operational Excellence. In 2013, they joined Sunoco Logistics as the Senior Director of Terminal Operations and also held the position of Senior Director of the Marcus Hook Industrial Complex. Since 2016, Hunt has been with Energy Transfer, initially serving as the Vice President of Terminal Operations and currently as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Overall, Jonathan Hunt has extensive experience in operations, leadership, and process improvement within the energy industry.

Jonathan Hunt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University in 1991. Jonathan then pursued their Master of Business Administration in Operations and Finance from the University of Delaware, which they successfully obtained in 1997.
