Roger Herrscher

R.B. Herrscher was named Executive Vice President for Energy Transfer in January 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the commercial functions of the NGL, Refined Products, and Petrochemical organization, including domestic and international business development and marketing & trading activities, as well as gas gathering and processing in the Northeastern U.S. Mr. Herrscher, joined Energy Transfer in 2019 with more than three decades of experience in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry. Prior to Energy Transfer, he was at Enterprise Products where his three most recent positions were as the Sr. Vice President of the Petrochemicals, NGL Assets, and Refined Products groups. He has undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Engineering from Trinity University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
