Tim Lavers

Tim Lavers is an experienced audio-visual specialist currently working at Energy Transfer since September 2024. As the owner and operator of Lone Star Automation and Multimedia since May 2017, Tim focuses on residential audio and video installations, security camera setups, home theater systems, and cable concealment. Previously, Tim held various roles at DataVox, including AV Commissioning Engineer and Lead AV Install Technician, from July 2019 to September 2024, and worked as an Audio Visual Technician at Walker Engineering for a brief period in 2019. Tim's extensive background in the oil industry includes positions as a roustabout at Maersk Drilling and Diamond Offshore, along with a Senior Field Technician role at Stage 3 Separation. Tim holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Interpersonal Communications, and Business from Lone Star College-CyFair, complemented by educational experiences at Texas A&M University and Katy High School.
