Patrick Urain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy management and emergency planning. Currently, as the Commercial Existing Buildings Senior Program Manager at Energy Trust of Oregon, Patrick leads complex energy efficiency programs across multiple utility territories, focusing on strategic planning and market transformation. Previously, Patrick served as a Senior Energy Management Analyst at Tacoma Power, where responsibilities included developing utility-scale energy efficiency programs. Additionally, Patrick had a distinguished career in the Washington Air National Guard as a Senior Emergency Manager, directing emergency planning and interagency coordination. Earlier roles included energy management at Northern Wasco County Public Utility District and educational positions in public schools. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration and several associate degrees in emergency management, construction technology, and geology.
