Tracy Scott

Tracy has worked in the energy industry for 15 years and has more than a decade of experience managing residential and commercial energy-efficiency programs for electric and natural gas utilities in regulated and non-regulated environments. She previously worked as program director for TRC Companies (formerly Lockheed Martin Distributed Energy), where she managed multifamily programs on behalf of Energy Trust of Oregon and oversaw commercial and industrial programs for utilities in the mid-Atlantic region.

Before her career in energy programs, Tracy worked in workforce development and public housing program management. As a human resources manager, she collaborated with community-based organizations to recruit, train and hire welfare-to-work candidates for jobs in Marriot Hotels. Her deep skills in stakeholder and customer engagement stem from her time as program director at a public housing complex in St. Louis, where she championed family literacy, senior wellness and education programs for residents. Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications/marketing from Saint Louis University.
