Aaron McCann

Aaron McCann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron has held various leadership roles in different companies. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Project Execution & Customer Delivery at Energy Vault since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Home Renovator from October 2022 to June 2023.

From 2021 to 2022, Aaron held dual roles at Fluence as the Vice President of Delivery for Asia Pacific and the General Manager for Australia. Before that, they had a long tenure at Schneider Electric, starting in 2008. At Schneider Electric, they served as the Solar Regional Director, responsible for the tendering and execution of Utility Scale Solar Power plants in APAC. Aaron also worked as a Senior Project Manager/Project Director and a Solar Regional Project Execution Expert for the APAC region during their time at Schneider Electric.

Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Programme Manager at Air New Zealand in 2007. Aaron also served as an Instrumentation Lead, Commissioning for the Prosafe & AWE JV and as a Project Manager for Business Development at Resourceful Communications. Additionally, they worked as an Instrument, Electrical and Communications Specialist for the AGIP & Four Vanguard JV and as a Maintenance Supervisor and Operations Coordinator at Aker Kvaerner.

With their extensive experience and varied roles, Aaron McCann has demonstrated their expertise in project execution, management, and customer delivery in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Aaron McCann completed an Advanced Diploma in Project Management at Captain Cook College from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Trade Certificate in Instrumentation and Electrical Fitting from Rockingham College of TAFE between 1994 and 1998.
