Christine Mithiaru

Christine Mithiaru, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christine is currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations at Energy Vault since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at the same company from November 2021 to December 2022.

In March 2023, Christine joined Chief as a Chief Member. Chief is a network that connects and supports women executives to strengthen their leadership and promote diversity in leadership.

From 2016 to 2022, Christine worked at Age of Learning, starting as a Human Resources Operations Manager and progressing to roles such as Director, Senior Director, and ultimately a Human Resources Consultant.

Before that, they worked at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P as a Senior Human Resources Analyst from January 2015 to June 2016 and as a Human Resources Analyst from October 2012 to January 2015.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Benefits Administrator/HR Associate at Green Dot Public Schools from October 2009 to October 2012, an HR Specialist (previously Benefits Admin & Recruiting Coordinator) at Pandemic Studios from April 2004 to December 2008, and a Resource Coordinator at Parenting Arizona from June 2003 to February 2004.

Christine Mithiaru, SPHR, obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management from UCLA in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2016, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
