Raj Naini

Raj Naini has a long and varied work experience. Raj began their career in 1998 as a Senior Software Engineer at Consoft System Pvt. Ltd. Raj then moved to Pioneer Online Pvt. Limited as a Lead Developer and to Tirumala Technologies Limited as an Application Architect & Lead Developer. In 2000, they joined GE Healthcare as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed a next generation clinical decision support platform for Centricity EMR products and prototyped and productized a variety of innovative next generation healthcare solutions. In 2010, they were appointed as a Principal Software Architect at Sabre Holdings. In 2014, they joined Capital One as a Senior Manager, where they built and managed the roll out of AutoNavigator project with a volume of $1.3B. In 2016, they were promoted to Director Software Engineering & Digital Architecture, where they built high performance teams for innovation lab (Garage) from the ground up and owned and managed cloud architecture for the Financial Services division. In 2018, they joined EnergyBot as the Chief Technology Officer, where they built infrastructure, energy products, and engineering teams from the ground up and defined and executed business/technology strategy.

Raj Naini obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Kavi Kulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek in 1999. In 2017, they earned the Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach certification from Coursera, and in 2012 they earned the Functional Programming Principles in Scala certification from Coursera.
