Rashedul Islam is a proficient civil engineer with extensive experience in structural design, currently serving as the Manager and Head of the Design Department at Energypac Power Generation PLC since February 2018. Rashedul has held various positions within the company, including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager, and has a robust background in the analysis and design of steel and RCC structures using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, RAM Connection, and SAP, adhering to numerous industry codes. Prior to this, Rashedul was a Structural Engineer at Buildtrade Engineering Limited and an Assistant Structural Engineer at Sarker Steel Ltd. Rashedul holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology.
