Touhidur Rahman

Touhidur Rahman's work experience began in 2005 as an Asst. Engineer at Confidence Steel Ltd, where they were responsible for telecommunication and transmission tower manufacturing. In 2009, they joined Otobi Limited as a Production Officer, leading planning and development efforts. From 2011 onward, they worked at Energypac Power Generation Ltd, starting as an Assistant Engineer and progressing to roles including Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and finally Head of Production. In these positions, they oversaw various aspects of production, including planning, supervision, reporting, coordination, and product quality improvement. Rahman also played a key role in developing leadership efficiency and managing R&D teams.

Touhidur Rahman attended the World University of Bangladesh from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at the Khulna Polytechnic Institute from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a Diploma of Education in Mechanical Engineering.
