Entsar Alshumur

Entsar Alshumur has extensive experience in organization and talent management, currently serving in multiple roles at Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic (SPSP) since February 2012, including Group Leader of the Career Development Unit and Career Development Specialist. Additionally, Entsar held the position of Human Resource Assistant Manager at SPSP. Prior to this, Entsar worked as a Group Leader at EnergyTech from February 2012 to May 2024. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development from Hawaii Pacific University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (2003-2006).
