Jennica Grady has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. In 2006, they started their career at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Softlines Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the Apparel and Footwear departments, managing sales performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and cash handling procedures. Jennica also played a crucial role in the grand opening of two new locations in the Denver market. After seven years at DICK'S Sporting Goods, Jennica joined Anthem, Inc. in 2017 as a Consumer Services representative. Jennica provided customer service and support until 2019 when they transitioned to co-owning Grady Family Chiropractic. As a co-owner, they manage daily operations and strategic planning. In 2022, Jennica joined Energy Worldnet (EWN) as a Business Development Representative before being promoted to an Account Executive in 2023.

Jennica Grady pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
